For urgent questions in the harbour, where the problem can be resolved immediately:

  • Boat safety (life jackets, first aid, documents/boat papers)
  • Your boat needs one more cleaning round before you can set sail
  • Supplies are missing on the boat, such as drinks or ice (only when you are still in the harbor).
  • The fenders are not properly hung or missing
  • Questions about which space in the harbour to dock in
