If you have worked for Flagship Amsterdam for a while and are confident that your tours are of 5-star quality, you can apply to become a Senior Host. As a Senior
Host you will receive preference* for Salon services and services in general.

To apply for Senior Host you must have worked 250 hours since January 1, 2022 (you can see this on your pay slip(s)). You can apply by clicking the button below and completing the Google form. You give us your contact details and write a short motivation. Once we receive your application, Flagship Academy will schedule an assessment during one of your tours.

When we come to see you on your tour, we will assess you based on the following criteria:

After the introduction of the Senior Host, Flagship is now introducing a third Host level: the Host Ambassador. These top Hosts are an example for all Hosts, with more tasks and more responsibilities.

As a Host Ambassador you act as an example for all other Hosts. You will also be the mentor for 5-10 new Hosts, guiding them on their 'first day' and meeting regularly with the Lead Host Instructor.
