Schedule & hours

How do I communicate my availability?

Provide your availability to your Team Lead for at least 1 weekend day and 1 evening shift (you do not need to enter your availability yourself in L1nda).

Your Team Lead will then create the schedule and confirm it via the L1nda planner app. If you have fixed days, you will be scheduled for these fixed days for the upcoming month.

Where can I view my schedule?

You can view your schedule in the L1nda planner app.

You can log in to L1nda via https://flagshipamsterdam.l1nda.nl/ or through the 'L1nda' app, which you can download on your mobile. The domain name is flagshipamsterdam.
Upon starting your employment, you will receive your login details via email.

How are my work hours tracked?

At the harbour, we use a clock-in and clock-out system. There is a tablet at the Shed at Staverno and at the E-Harbour where you need to clock in at the start of your shift and clock out at the end of your shift.

This is important, so make sure you don't forget!
Your hours will be automatically logged in the L1nda app afterward. You can always check your hours via the app.

If something is incorrect, please contact your Team Lead.

My hours are incorrect, what should I do?

If your hours shown in L1nda are incorrect, please contact your Team Lead to have them corrected.

Salary & Payslips

Phocus Cloud is our payroll system. To view your payslips, you need to log in.
On the 'My Salary' page, you will find all the information you need to access the payroll system. This includes details about salary payments, your payslips, and income tax withholding.

How do I report sick?

When you are sick and unable to work as a result, you must notify your Team Lead as soon as possible by phone. This should be done well before the start of your shift.

Notifications of sickness via SMS or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

A sick report is considered valid only when you have spoken directly with a Duty Manager or your supervisor. This allows us to promptly find a replacement for your shift.
