Order your work clothes
As a host you are required to wear Flagship work clothes. You must order and collect these yourself at Leliegracht 50. We work with a deposit system.
How do I order my clothing and how does the deposit system work?
We work with a deposit system.
1. Order your work clothes via the following link: https://forms.office.com/e/RyauHaGFiv The deposit amount per item can be found in the form.
2. The total amount of the deposit will be deducted from your next salary.
Are you self-employed? It will then be deducted from your invoice.
3. In the form you can indicate when you want to pick up the clothing. As soon as it is ready, you will receive a WhatsApp message from the Front Office.
4. Collect your clothes at the Front Office at Leliegracht 50. This is possible every day between 10:00 am and 9:30 pm. After collection, you will receive an email confirmation of the items you have collected. Keep this email safe, because this is your proof of getting your deposit back!
5. The item is now temporarily yours. Make sure you always have your clothes with you, clean and intact! Forgot your clothing? Unfortunately we don't have many additional items available so please note that it may not be there. Are you short of clothes? You can always order additional items. If the orange color of your work clothes has faded over time, you can always exchange it for a new item free of charge.
6. Are you leaving employment? Then hand in your clothes at the Front Office. You will receive a proof of submission from them by email. The deposit will be refunded with the next salary payment. As a self-employed person you can add the deposit to your invoice.

Important information
My tasks
The activities below were all discussed in detail during the practical training and the online training. Here is a summary of the most important points and an overview where you can refresh your memory and find all important information:
Storytelling/guiding
You will entertain the guests with stories during the tour. Consider, for example, stories about the VOC, facade stones, house boats or Carré. The better you learn this, the more reviews you can earn.
All stories and the different sailing routes can be found in the 'Library' > 'Flagship Stories' on the Flagship Academy website:

Making drinks
Your job is to provide all guests with a drink. You can find the drink menu and tutorials in the 'Library' > 'Drinks & Menu' on the Flagship Academy website:
Payments
Payments are made via Klearly: tickets, upgrades, and drinks can be settled using this.
We do not accept cash payments!
If you need to collect the Klearly card before your shift at the office, this will be indicated in L1nda. Make sure your name is entered in Klearly by OPS; this is necessary to track your sales and to accurately process the F&B sales bonus!
